Our Company has an Electric Distribution and Transmission Inspection Program, in which all facilities are inspected every 5 years. K&A was hired to develop a plan to manage the overall program of this project. They were able to identify the resources needed, both for planning and construction, and provide us with a work plan which we could implement rather quickly. Once we agreed on a plan of attack, they also were able to provide resources in program management, project management, and other areas in order to make this program a success. They moved quickly to add the resources on their end as needed. I would highly recommend K&A for any of your management, planning, or contractual resource needs.
Our Company contracted K&A Engineering to analyze large DER interconnections including running various simulations, recommending system upgrades and cost estimates summarized in a report. K&A has been able to effectively manage the large volume of studies meeting tight deadlines and communicating effectively with internal Client personnel and DER developers. K&A has been able to add and ramp up resources as necessary to meet the demand of the volume of DER applications and studies.
